We will ship by the most reasonable means (usually UPS
Ground or USPS Priority Mail) unless given special instructions. When
shopping online, choosing Standard shipping leaves the shipping decision up to
us and under most circumstances small packages will be shipped via USPS, and
larger packages will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Once packages are shipped, ownership is transfered to
the customer, so claims for damaged, lost, or short shipments must be made
directly to the carrier. For this reason we highly recommend insuring
your shipments.
We make every effort to get all orders out the day
they are received. To help guarantee your order goes out the day it is
received please try to place the order by 3:00 P.M. eastern time.
Shipping rates are determined based on package
contents (weight and dimensions).
USPS Transit times range from 2-5 business days for
Priority Mail. The map below shows transit times for UPS Ground.
